What is Kano World?

Kano World is a learn to code platform built for kids of all ages. Through an online account, users can create games, animations and art, share them with the Kano community, remix other users' work, participate in challenges, and more.

Who can use Kano World?

Kano is designed for students aged 8-14, typically in grades 4-8 in the US or Key Stage 2 and early Key Stage 3 in the UK. Whilst younger children (ages 6-7) might need extra help with reading instructions and typing, older students can explore physical computing with additional sensors or boards and undertake advanced coding projects in Scratch or Python.
